• Product: AEM 400LPH 39mm High Flow Fuel Pumps (PNs 50-1230 & 50-1235)

• Performance:

  • Flows 400+ LPH @ 40 PSI (13.5V) – supports 1000+ HP on gasoline

  • Maintains 330+ LPH @ 70 PSI (13.5V) – supports approx. 870 HP

  • Each pump is individually flow-tested and guaranteed

• Design:

  • Compact 39mm body (same size as Walbro 255)

  • 11mm inlet, 9mm outlet barb

  • Low current draw: 12A @ 40 PSI, 15A @ 70 PSI

  • No integrated check valve

  • Designed to replace many OEM fuel pumps

• Variants:

  • 50-1230: Double barbed outlet for 3/8″ ID hose

  • 50-1235: Smooth barbed outlet for 5/16″ ID hose

• Fuel Compatibility:

  • Works with pump/race gasoline, ethanol (up to E100), methanol (up to M100)

• Includes:

  • Wiring harness

  • Pre-filter

  • Internal fuel hose and clamps

  • End cap and rubber buffer sleeve
