Analog, Digital & Frequency to CAN Converter for CD-5/CD-7 Dashes

• Converts analog, digital, and frequency inputs to AEMnet CAN for display/logging on CD Dashes

• Ideal for:

  • Carbureted vehicles adding a digital dash

  • EFI users expanding inputs without extra CAN devices

• Compatible only with AEM CD-5/CD-7 Dashes

  • Not compatible with AQ-1, Infinity, Series 2 ECUs, or 3rd-party ECUs/loggers

Input Channels:

• 4x 0–5V analog inputs

• 4x temperature inputs (thermistors)

• 4x jumper-selectable inputs (0–5V, thermistor, or RTD)

• 1x fuel level input (0–250 ohms)

• 6x digital/frequency inputs (switches, duty cycle, etc.)

• 1x tach input (low trigger, 12V internal pull-up)

• 2x VR frequency inputs (for crank, wheel, or driveshaft speeds)

Other Features:

• Daisy-chainable: connect two modules for more channels

• Jumper-selectable settings:

  • CAN speed: 250k, 500k, or 1M

  • Terminating resistor

  • Header type: 11-bit or 29-bit

• IP65-rated enclosure: dust-tight and water-resistant

• Includes:

  • Pre-wired 36″ flying lead harness

  • DTM-style AEMnet CAN cable
