The PCV on the TFSI engine over a long period of time becomes very fragile and can cause problems when the diaphragm inside rips. The main problem being blow-by in the manifold at idle which can cause a smoking exhaust when stationary, and also causing a loss of boost and power when driving.

MTC Motorsport VAG 2.0 TFSI PCV Delete Plate Kit
We have engineered these PCV delete plates to completely separate the inlet manifold from the cam cover
It diverts all the breathing to the cam cover at the rear of the engine and links the 2 internal ports together which eliminates all problems caused by the stock PCV valve.
This means are no components now to break or split.
Also blanked off is the port at the end of the inlet manifold that also went to the PCV valve. Replaced with our 3 way valve in the kit so you can run boost gauges.
