We have engineered these intercoolers using a tube and fin core matched to our flowed cast end tanks to create a very lightweight replacement with 40% more internal area and 90% more front surface area.

The intercooler end tanks were designed on a CAD programme for the best flow possible and cast in alloy.
The size of the core is 520mm x 200mm x 100mm and it is stepped up at the front for maximum surface area which is nearly 100% bigger the standard intercooler.
This can be fitted without taking the bumper off.
Finished powder coated in black.
It will fit the following N47 models perfectly:
- BMW 120d/123d E81 E82 E87 E88 (2007-2013)
- BMW 320d E90/91/92/93 (2008-2011)
The intercooler will flow 350bhp and 35 psi without any issues.
