We have engineered these intercoolers using a tube and fin core matched to our flowed cast end tanks. This is the most efficient way to keep the intake temperatures low.

The standard intercooler and the MTC intercooler both had similar intercooler intake temperatures at around 90 degrees through 5 runs in winter.

The intercooler will fit plug and play with the following vehicles:

• BMW 7 Series – F01/F02 – 730d, 740d, 740i
• BMW 6 Series – F06/F12/F13 – 630d, 640d, 630i
• BMW 5 Series – F07/F10/F11 – 518d, 520d, 525d, 530d, 535d, 535i

Professional installation is recommended and should take approximately 2-3 hours.
