We have engineered these intercoolers using a tube and fin core matched to our flowed cast end tanks with directional air flow fins on the inlet side, the same as we use on our other intercoolers. This is the most efficient way to keep the intake temperatures low. They have been TIG welded and there is no trimming required to fit on most vehicles.

This intercooler replaces the stock intercooler and eliminates the two clip connectors that can cause boost leaks.
For comparison the standard intercooler measures: 610mm x 410mm x 40mm.
This will fit the following cars:

- Audi TT 2.0 TSI III 2014+ 8S some minor plastic trimming required to fit
- Audi TTS III 2015+ 8S some minor plastic trimming required to fit

- Audi A3 2.0/1.8 TSI 2013+ 8V
The standard intercooler and the MTC intercooler both had intercooler intake temperatures of between 115-120 degrees every time over 5 runs on the road.
