We have engineered these intercoolers using a tube and fin core matched to our flowed cast end tanks with directional air flow fins on the inlet side. This is the most efficient way to keep the intake temperatures low. They have been TIG welded and there is no trimming required to fit on most vehicles.

This intercooler is one of the bigger intercoolers available for these models with the 70mm inlet and outlet compared to the standard 60mm. The core measures 630mm x 415mm x 50mm.
For comparison the standard intercooler measures: 610mm x 410mm x 40mm.
This intercooler replaces the stock intercooler and eliminates the two clip connectors that can cause boost leaks.

Professional installation is recommended as some parts can be a little tricky. Fitting will take approximately 3-4 hours by a professional mechanic.
