The Evolution of Speed cast intercooler for the S55-powered BMW M3/M4 (F8x) is built from the same record-breaking design as our billet version but now features cast air tanks paired with a billet water side.

It uses the same USA-made bar-and-plate core, which is 75% larger than stock and designed with a dual-pass water system for superior cooling.

Rated for 900+ hp, it has proven gains of +7whp and +15wtq on a stock F80 ZCP. This direct plug-and-play unit keeps all OEM fittings, hoses, mounts, and the expansion tank, while also adding two ports for meth/nitrous injection.
